HM Publishers is an independent academic publishing organization based in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India. HM Publishers operates the HM Journals platform (www.hmjournals.com), which hosts a portfolio of open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

HM Publishers is the sole owner and operator of the Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Neural Network (JAIMLNN), ISSN 2799-1172. There is no society, association, or institution that co-owns or governs JAIMLNN. Editorial independence is maintained: the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board operate independently of the publisher on all matters of manuscript acceptance and rejection.
