Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Neural Network (JAIMLNN) is a fully open-access, diamond open-access journal. There are no Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, page charges, or any other fees payable by authors or their institutions at any stage of the submission, review, or publication process.

Waiver Policy

Because JAIMLNN charges no fees to authors, no waiver application is necessary. All researchers worldwide, regardless of institutional affiliation, funding status, or country of origin, may submit and publish at no cost.

Funding Transparency

JAIMLNN is funded entirely by HM Publishers. No publication fees are recovered from authors. The journal's open-access costs are covered by the publisher as part of its mission to support global knowledge dissemination.
