Appeals and Complaints Policy

JAIMLNN is committed to fair, transparent, and accountable editorial decision-making. Authors and third parties who have concerns about editorial decisions or publication ethics violations may submit a formal appeal or complaint.

Appeals against editorial decisions

Authors who believe their manuscript was rejected on grounds that were factually incorrect, outside the journal's stated scope criteria, or based on a demonstrably flawed peer review may submit a written appeal to the Editor-in-Chief at editor.jaimlnn@gmail.com within 30 days of the decision. Appeals must clearly state the specific grounds for the appeal and provide supporting evidence. Appeals based solely on disagreement with the reviewers' scientific opinions will not be considered.

Complaints about editorial conduct or publication ethics

Complaints regarding alleged editorial misconduct, bias, plagiarism, data fabrication, or other publication ethics violations may be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief. JAIMLNN investigates all complaints in accordance with COPE guidelines. Where the Editor-in-Chief is the subject of a complaint, the complaint should be directed to the Publisher at hmpublishers2@gmail.com. JAIMLNN aims to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days and resolve them within 60 days.
