Self-Archiving and Preprint Policy

IJAAP encourages authors to make their research as widely accessible as possible. The following self-archiving rights are granted under the journal's Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence:

Preprints (Before Submission)

Authors may post preprint versions of their manuscripts to recognised preprint servers (such as agriRxiv, bioRxiv, SSRN, or institutional repositories) prior to submission to IJAAP. Authors should disclose the existence of a preprint in the cover letter at the time of submission.

Author Accepted Manuscripts (After Acceptance)

Authors may self-archive the accepted, peer-reviewed manuscript (the Author Accepted Manuscript, or AAM) in any repository immediately upon acceptance, provided the final published DOI is cited: 'This article has been published in the International Journal of Agriculture and Animal Production (IJAAP).'

Published Version

As IJAAP publishes under CC BY 4.0, the final published PDF version may be freely shared and deposited in any repository by any party, with attribution to the original publication and DOI.
