Data Availability Statement Policy
All authors are required to include a Data Availability Statement in their manuscript, as a separate section placed after the Conclusion and before the References. This statement must describe whether the data supporting the research findings are available and, if so, how they can be accessed.
Acceptable Data Availability Statements:
If data are available in a public repository: “The data that support the findings of this study are openly available in [Repository Name] at [DOI or URL], reference number [XXXXX].”
If data are available on reasonable request: “The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.”
If data cannot be shared: “The data that support the findings of this study are not publicly available due to [reason, e.g., privacy or ethical restrictions] but are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request and with appropriate institutional permission.”
If no new data were created (e.g., review articles): “No new data were generated or analyzed in support of this research.”
Authors are encouraged to deposit their research data in recognized open repositories (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad, OSF) and to cite datasets in the reference list using a full citation including DOI.
