Background: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) causes acute acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) people. HIV is currently assigned to the Retroviridae family and the Lentivirinae subfamily. Objective: A characteristic feature of retroviruses is the presence of the reverse transcriptase (RTE) enzyme, which is unique in the composition of their genome. Results: DNA polymerase (revertase), which refers to RTE or RNA, has the property that the genomic bundle in the genome is directed back to the data. Conclusions: normally genetic information is transferred from DNA to RNA.
