The International Journal of Agriculture and Animal Production (IJAAP) (ISSN 2799-0907) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, international journal dedicated to publishing original research, reviews, and short communications in all aspects of agriculture and animal production sciences.

ARTICLE TYPES ACCEPTED

  • Research Articles (5,000–8,000 words): Full experimental studies with complete methods, results, and discussion
  • Review Articles (8,000–12,000 words): Comprehensive, critical synthesis of a defined topic
  • Short Communications (2,000–3,500 words): Preliminary results or methodological innovations
  • Technical Notes (1,000–2,000 words): New methods, protocols, or equipment descriptions

LANGUAGE

All manuscripts must be submitted in English. Non-native English speakers are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.

GEOGRAPHICAL FOCUS

IJAAP is international in scope with a particular interest in research relevant to tropical, subtropical, and semi-arid agricultural systems, including research from South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.

EXCLUSIONS — IJAAP DOES NOT ACCEPT:

  • Studies primarily focused on human nutrition, medicine, or pharmacology
  • Pure veterinary clinical case reports without production or scientific significance
  • Pure chemistry or biochemistry papers without direct agricultural application
  • Social science or economics papers without empirical agricultural data component
  • Studies that do not comply with animal ethics and welfare standards
