Who We Are

HM Publishers is an independent academic publishing house established to provide scholars and researchers — particularly those in underrepresented regions — a rigorous, ethical, and freely accessible platform for their work.

Founded in Philippines, HM Publishers operates the Open Journal Systems (OJS/PKP) platform at journal.hmjournals.com, hosting 20+ peer-reviewed open access journals across medicine, science, technology, management, engineering, law, and the social sciences.

We believe that quality academic publishing should not require institutional wealth. All our journals are diamond open access: free to read for readers, free to publish for authors, with no article processing charges (APCs).
